FROOTIVA Co was born as the export arm of Blue Macaw Flora, bringing all the experience acquired from more than 13 years in the production, quality management, development, marketing, and export of natural ingredients from plants and fruits present in Brazilian biodiversity in the spray dried form, the largest on the planet.Designed to deliver an excellent service to the food and beverage industries, Frootiva Co expands its operations, with the unique quality of its products already established in the international market in line with the growing trend of incorporating natural ingredients plant-based and clean label to the final products.We were used to be a manufacturing in the past, however, in 2019 we decided to change and the production is made using a third party plant, however, under our responsibility, quality and demand. We've stablished as a procedure of Quality control and supplier approval, hire a Food Safety Audit company to audit the plants in every 2 years to check and documented activities in which evidence is gathered and assessed to determine if the food safety system is appropriate and effective, by providing transparency and assurance that standards are being maintained. The food audit has focus on: 1) GMP procedures; 2) Hazard analysis. List the steps in the production process and identify where significant hazards are likely to occur; 3) Critical control point (CCP) identification; 4) Establishment of critical limits; 5) Monitoring procedures; 6) Corrective actions; 7) Verification and 8) Record keeping. It allows us to focus and offer the best support to our customers.
